Individual therapy offers a space to slow down and reconnect with yourself. Many people carry roles, expectations, and “shoulds” shaped by family, culture, and past experiences. Together, we will work to untangle these influences so you can better understand what truly feels authentic and meaningful to you.
I integrate parts-based approaches, such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), with narrative therapy. This means we will explore the different parts of you that have developed to cope, protect, or manage difficult experiences, while also examining the stories you’ve come to believe about yourself and your life. Through this process, therapy can help you hear your own voice more clearly, develop greater self-compassion, and begin shaping a life that feels more aligned with who you are.

Play therapy is a developmentally informed approach that recognizes play as a child’s natural language. Many children, especially in early and middle childhood, do not yet have the words or abstract thinking skills to fully explain what they are feeling or experiencing. Instead, they communicate through play, creativity, and imagination.
In play therapy, I create a safe and supportive space where children can express themselves through toys, games, and imaginative play. Through this process, children can work through difficult emotions, experiment with new roles and behaviors, and build important social and emotional skills. Play allows children to process experiences in a way that feels natural to them while also developing confidence, problem-solving abilities, and healthier ways of coping.

I work with couples and partners who want to strengthen their relationship and better understand the patterns that shape how they connect. Together, we’ll focus on improving communication, repairing past and recent hurts, and building greater emotional and physical intimacy.
I offer a space to slow down and understand what is happening beneath recurring conflicts or moments of disconnection. Through this process, partners can learn to express needs more clearly, listen with greater empathy, and establish healthy boundaries that support trust, safety, and long-term well-being in the relationship.

Children’s emotions, behaviors, and experiences are deeply shaped by the relationships and environments around them, especially within the family. Rather than viewing a child’s struggles as belonging to one person, I look at how patterns of interaction, communication, and connection within the family system may be influencing what is happening.
In our work together, we will focus on strengthening the relationship between parent and child. By improving understanding, communication, and emotional responsiveness, your family can shift patterns that may be contributing to stress or conflict. Often, when the relationship changes, the child’s behavior and emotional well-being begin to change as well.

Many people carry a harsh inner voice shaped by past experiences. A central part of therapy is learning to meet yourself with the same patience and understanding you might offer someone you care about.
Safety
Healing begins in spaces where people feel safe enough to be themselves. I aim to create an environment where children, parents, and individuals can show up as they are, without pressure to perform, mask, or have everything figured out.
Playfulness
Whether with children or adults, play and creativity can open doors that words alone cannot. Humor, imagination, and joy can make space for authenticity and connection.
